Mr. Ossama Masoud, the Director and Chief Operating Officer of Success International School, has been instrumental in the school's operational success since its founding in September 2014. His focus is on creating a seamless and efficient educational environment that serves both students and parents.
His leadership philosophy centers on transparency, accountability, and continuous improvement. He oversees the day-to-day operations across all SIS campuses, ensuring that the school's resources are optimized to provide the best possible learning experience.
Mr. Masoud is particularly dedicated to maintaining an inclusive community where students from diverse backgrounds (over 60 nationalities) feel at home. He believes that a respectful and supportive environment is the foundation for all academic achievement.
Under his supervision, SIS has implemented advanced management systems, improved transport services, and enhanced campus security. He remains committed to the 2014 mission of providing high-quality, English-medium education that is accessible and affordable for families in Riyadh.
